Can I dress up? YES, we even have a costume contest scheduled for each day. Check the schedule and sign up when you arrive to participate. All weapons must be peace tied. No sharps.

Entry fee? Yes. Tickets on sale April 30th.

Do you accept cards? Yes, although some vendors might not, so cash is always king.

Is this event all-ages? Yes, it is. But most of the kids activities will take place on Saturday and Sunday.

Can I bring my animal with me?

  1. No Pets Allowed:
For the safety of our performing animals, pets are not permitted on festival grounds.

  2. Service Animals Welcome:
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals — defined as dogs or miniature horses individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability — are allowed.

  3. What Is Not a Service Animal:
Animals providing emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and are not allowed at the festival.

  4. Service Animal Behavior Standards:
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests:

    • Service animals must be under control at all times.

    • They must be housebroken and cleaned up after.

    • They may not disrupt performances or agitate other animals.

    • If any of these conditions are not met, the handler may be asked to leave.

We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Can I bring a cooler? No outside food/beverages/alcohol is allowed.

Can I trinket trade and/or solicit?

Patrons are welcome to gift or trade small themed “trinkets” during the Festival. To ensure this activity remains fun, safe, and respectful to others, please follow these rules:

  1. Small Items Only
Only small-sized trinkets are allowed for trading.

  2. No Vendor Imitations
Do not use items that closely resemble products sold by Festival vendors or performers.

  3. Trinkets Are for Trading Only
Trinkets should only be exchanged for other trinkets — not used in place of money or goods.

  4. No Selling or Tipping

    • Trinkets may not be sold or traded for money.

    • Patrons may not solicit or accept tips — this is strictly limited to select performers approved by the Festival.

    • Please do not tip performers with trinkets.

  5. No Vendor Bartering
Do not attempt to trade trinkets with vendors for merchandise.

  6. Do Not Trade with Children Directly
For safety reasons, do not give trinkets directly to children. Instead, offer them to the attentive adult accompanying the child to avoid potential choking hazards.

  7. Respect Non-Participants
Always be considerate — not everyone wants to participate in trinket trading.

⚠️ Violations of these rules may result in staff asking you to stop trinket trading.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep this activity safe and enjoyable for everyone!

Is the fairgrounds wheelchair accessible? Yes! Wheelchairs and other devices used for accessibility are encouraged. The site is covered in pavement and firmly packed ground or grass. There are some areas in the field that may have uneven grass and dirt.
